From liposuction to tightening
Most people do not come to us with a procedure in mind, but with a place: the abdomen that no longer goes back after two pregnancies. The upper arms that stay as they are, no matter how often you train. Something under the chin that spoils every photograph. That is why this page is sorted by area and not by the names of operations.
For every area you will find all the stages: targeted liposuction of one zone, the 360° treatment all the way round and, where the skin no longer follows, tightening. Which stage suits you depends on two things — how much fat has to be removed and how elastic your skin still is. Both can be seen within a few minutes at the first consultation.
If several areas are treated in one operation, we calculate them together in the cost estimate — not every area separately at the full price.
Surgery is carried out by Dr Ali Saalabian and Dr Shawqi Arafat, both specialists in plastic surgery. They work with VASER, MicroAire and Renuvion, and for the buttocks according to the SAFE BBL concept; both ultrasound and skin tightening from the inside are included in every price. If you wish, the operation usually takes place just a few weeks after the consultation.

Answers about the cost of a liposuction.
What is included in the prices?
Our prices are “all-inclusive” prices, which means they cover every consultation appointment, the surgical planning, the procedure, the aftercare and the follow-up appointments. There are no hidden extras with us; you are informed transparently about the whole process and receive all documentation in writing.
Is VASER included in the price?
Yes. VASER liquefies the fatty tissue with ultrasound before it is removed — this protects vessels, nerves and connective tissue. We use it wherever it improves your result, at no extra charge.
Is Renuvion included in the price?
Also included. Renuvion tightens from the inside through an access point that already exists, without an additional scar. The amount in the line “Renuvion skin tightening as a treatment in its own right” applies only if you would like the tightening as a treatment of its own.
What does it cost if several areas are treated?
Less than the sum of the individual areas: preparation, anaesthesia, the overnight stay and the aftercare arise only once. We calculate this together in the cost estimate.
Is the result of a liposuction permanent?
Fat cells that have been removed cannot form again. So a lasting improvement can be expected after a liposuction. All that matters is that you do not put on weight uncontrollably afterwards, otherwise the remaining fat cells can grow larger and worsen the result.
Can 10 kg, 20 kg or 50 kg be removed with a liposuction?
In our experience outpatient liposuctions of 3–4 litres can be carried out well and safely in patients in good general health. With more than 4 litres we recommend planning an inpatient stay of one night. Overall the point is this: a liposuction is not there to reduce the number on the scales but to improve the shape of the body.
Can I pay for the liposuction in instalments as well?
Yes. With our instalment plan you can spread the cost over up to 5 years (60 months) and pay in comfortable instalments.
